Refund Policy

If Acetate isn't for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full - no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email hello@acetate.lol from the address you used at checkout, or include your Polar order number. We'll process the refund through Polar, our payment reseller. Refunds are issued to your original payment method; how quickly it appears depends on your bank or card provider.

After a refund

When we refund you, your license is deactivated and the app returns to its free state. Any masters you already exported are yours to keep - they live on your machine and a refund does not affect them.

Try before you buy

Acetate is free to download and gives you a full master before any purchase, so you can hear the result on your own tracks first. The 14-day window is there in case you change your mind after buying.
